[Test Case] JIS Z 0232 Vibration Test

The selection will be made with reference to the general provisions of JIS Z 0200 regarding test levels and vibration duration.

"JIS Z0232 (Vibration Testing Method)" is a testing method used to evaluate the vibration resistance of the contents or packaging of packaged goods that are subjected to vibrations during the distribution process. Our company conducts various vibration tests in accordance with different standards for packaged products, as well as sinusoidal resonance detection vibration tests to explore the resonance points of the products themselves, and durability tests to confirm product strength, all for diverse purposes. If you wish to conduct a test, please feel free to consult with us. [Vibration Conditions] ◇ Random Vibration Test - Acceleration RMS Value: 0.604Grms - Frequency: 2-200Hz ◇ Sinusoidal Sweep Vibration Test - Acceleration: 7m/s² - Frequency: 3-100Hz - Sweep Speed: 1/2oct/min

[JIS E 4031] Vibration Testing for Railway Vehicle Equipment *Case studies available!

Leave it to JBL, which has numerous testing achievements for the industrial standard 'JIS E 4031' for railway vehicle equipment!

"JIS E 4031" is a Japanese industrial standard that specifies the requirements for vibration and shock testing of railway vehicle equipment. This standard establishes testing procedures to verify the durability and performance of machinery, air, electrical, and electronic equipment to demonstrate their ability to withstand the vibration environmental conditions typically encountered in railway vehicles. At JBL, we receive various testing requests from almost all industries, including railways, electrical, electronics, precision machinery, industrial equipment, medical, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and transportation, conducting over 800 tests annually. We are currently accepting tests for "JIS E 4031," so please feel free to contact us! We are currently offering free case studies for "JIS E 4031." Please check them via PDF download. 【Testing Sequence】 a) Performance Test b) Transfer Function Test (up-down, front-back, left-right) c) Vibration Endurance Test (up-down, front-back, left-right) d) Shock Test (up-down, front-back, left-right) e) Transportation and Handling Test f) Vibration Function Test (up-down, front-back, left-right) g) Transfer Function Test (up-down, front-back, left-right) h) Performance Test ▼ For customers in a hurry, please contact us through the "Inquiry" section below.

Vibration test

Reliability testing! Addressing issues such as confirming the integrity (damage impact and durability) of the product's vibration.

We would like to introduce the vibration testing conducted in our reliability tests. By applying vibration to the product, we aim to investigate the impact of damage and durability. We address challenges such as confirming whether the tightening force of screws during assembly is appropriate, assuming the vibrations and shakes experienced during transportation and use. The test is conducted in a short time by applying repeated force (excitation force) to the object, measuring the vibrations that occur in the object during this process. 【Features】 ■ Can be conducted in a short time *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Vibration Test (Sine Wave)

Please leave the vibration testing of packaged and wrapped cargo to JBL. The test bench size is 1.2m × 1.2m, and large palletized cargo can be easily loaded.

In this contract testing service, we evaluate how much packaged goods can withstand vibrations that occur during transportation using a sine wave. The vibration testing machine owned by JBL has a test bench size of 1.2m x 1.2m and can accommodate loads of up to 500kg, making it suitable for large palletized cargo. The latest digital vibration controller is used for control. It is also possible to attach an accelerometer to the test item to observe its behavior. Sine wave sweeping has long been used for vibration testing of packaged goods, but in recent years, testing using random vibrations has been recommended. ▼ For more details, please download the PDF document (recommended). ▼ If you need assistance urgently, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section below.

Types of vibration tests

We will introduce representative examples of vibration tests, including sinusoidal vibration tests and sine beat tests!

Vibration testing is a test that applies vibrational loads to products or components to verify whether the specified performance or functionality is maintained and whether any damage to the appearance occurs. Vibration testing is generally specified to apply vibrations in three directions: up and down, front and back, and left and right. Here are some representative examples of vibration tests. 【Types of Vibration Tests】 ■ Sinusoidal Vibration Test ・ Fixed Frequency Vibration Test ・ Resonance Point Exploration Test ■ Random Vibration Test ■ Shock Vibration Test ■ Sinusoidal Beat Test ■ Wear Test *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Vibration Test <Vibration During Transport>

Addressing issues such as wanting to confirm before shipment whether the packaging box is damaged during transport and whether the packaging materials are functioning properly.

We would like to introduce the vibration testing conducted during product transportation at our company, focusing on the impact of vibrations. When transporting products via trucks or aircraft, we want to confirm whether there are any changes in product performance. We also aim to address issues such as verifying whether the packaging condition of the products is appropriate. This test involves directly applying vibrations to the subject to observe any changes in its condition. The vibrations applied to the subject can be set to specific frequencies according to the purpose, and by repeatedly applying these vibrations, we can confirm changes in the condition of the subject. [Features] ■ Ability to confirm changes in the condition of the subject *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
